Intent

Remove the personal ElvUI 3:2 profile and its installation hook from the general-purpose Linux launcher. This profile is machine/user-specific and does not belong in the shared launcher repository.

The locally installed companion addon is intentionally left in the user's game directory.

Validation

• Bash syntax and ShellCheck pass after removal
• Local /games/Ebonhold/ebonhold/Interface/AddOns/EbonholdLayout remains present
